This Level 2-3 class utilizes Vinyasa yoga, a practice that focuses on synchronizing active movement with breath. Multiple variations of sun salutations will be introduced and standard yoga poses will be worked on throughout the flow. Each class ends with balance work for the core, stretching, and deep relaxation. This class is ideal for students who are new to yoga and want to work towards developing a practice that is more active and geared towards building strength. This class is not for beginners.
